IMT Lille Douai offers blended learning courses, that promote interactivity and provide a degree of flexibility, while helping you manage your time to find the right study-work-life balance.

Students can chat to each other online, use forums and their messaging services, but also communicate with their lecturers too. We always try to be as responsive as possible for non real-time activities. You can download a range of media (pdf docs, videos, soundtracks interactive diagrams) and there are self-assessment tools available to adapt to each student’s constraints, meaning that people can learn at their own pace. Tests and exams are held on the school premises.

Our blended learning module is comprehensive and structured. It is uses various complementary formats that enable us to meet individual requirements. Our key success factors include, system reliability, learning support, and student time management.

Technical network managers, service platform support specialists and operation supervisors

Admission requirements

  • Minimum first-year postgraduate degree in a relevant subject (validation of professional experience possible)
  • Selection tests
  • At least 5 years professional experience in the sector
  • Employed in a management role
  • Bulats B1 level in English (Bulats score equal to or greater than 40)

  • Develop functional and organic architecture based on service requirements and a given range of constraints (cost, size, functions availability, development regulations, etc.)
  • Summarise the constraints and range of knowledge, network techniques, performance and QoS, etc.
  • Present, defend and validate architecture choices
  • Support the introduction of the architecture
  • Assess (or coordinate the assessment of) the effects of new architectural arrangements on existing structure
  • Evaluate various architecture scenarios from an economic standpoint

  • Applied encryption, network security (configurations, firewalls, etc.), making IMS services secure

Configuring and operating networks

  • Network administration, operating and testing tools, switch and router configurations

  • Unix, Linux, virtual environments, using SAN networks, DBMS / SQL, Windows, 3-tier architecture

  • ITIL, team-building, project management, contracting authority/contractor relations, crisis management
